   When photographs or videos taken during a shoot contain information that may identify an individual, the Company will handle such materials appropriately.

Photographs and videos will only be used on the Company’s website, social media, advertisements, promotional materials, portfolio, or other publications when prior consent has been obtained from the customer.
　
5. Storage of Photography Data
　
Photography data delivered to customers will be stored for 90 days from the delivery date.

After the storage period has ended, the data may be deleted, and redelivery thereafter cannot be guaranteed.

If a customer wishes to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, the Company will verify the customer’s identity and respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
