*Any additional charges incurred on the day of service must be paid in cash on the day.
　
■ Payment Schedule
After confirming the details of your reservation and coordinating the shoot date, we will provide payment instructions for the reservation deposit of ¥66,000 (tax included).
　
Please complete the payment within 7 days of receiving the payment instructions.
　
Your reservation and service agreement will be confirmed once payment has been received.
　
The remaining balance, after deducting amounts already paid, must be paid no later than 30 days before the shoot date.
　
*For OPTIONS requiring external arrangements, such as facilities, transportation, or accommodation, the applicable costs will be provided in advance and arrangements will be made after payment has been confirmed.
　
*If payment cannot be confirmed by the specified deadline, the reservation may be treated as cancelled.
　
■ Timing of Service Provision
Once your reservation has been confirmed, we will begin providing services and making preparations according to your selected plan.
　
Depending on the plan booked, services may include consultations, fitting support, styling, and shoot direction.
　
*For DESTINATION plans, necessary arrangements for the shoot will begin after the LOCATION has been confirmed.
　
■ Cancellations and Schedule Changes
If you cancel for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
　
From the reservation confirmation date until 31 days before the shoot: 30% of the base fee
30 to 20 days before the shoot: 50% of the invoiced amount
19 to 10 days before the shoot: 70% of the invoiced amount
9 days before the shoot through the day of the shoot: 100% of the invoiced amount
　
The reservation deposit of ¥66,000 (tax included) will be applied toward the cancellation fee.
　
OPTION fees will be settled according to the details of each OPTION and the status of any arrangements already made.
　
If external arrangements such as facilities, transportation, or accommodation have already been made, any actual cancellation fees, change fees, or other charges incurred will be deducted when settling the amount due.
　
If the cancellation fees and actual costs incurred by external providers exceed the amount already paid, the difference must be paid by the customer. If the amount already paid exceeds the total charges, the difference will be refunded.
　
Changes to the shoot date or plan requested by the customer are subject to a change fee of ¥55,000 (tax included).
　
If additional change fees, cancellation fees, or other charges are incurred for external arrangements such as facilities, transportation, or accommodation, these costs must be paid separately from the change fee.
　
■ Schedule Changes Due to Bad Weather
If outdoor photography is determined to be difficult due to bad weather or similar conditions, the shoot may be rescheduled to another date without SHIFRA’s schedule change fee.
　
If external arrangements such as facilities, transportation, or accommodation have already been made, change fees or cancellation fees may apply in accordance with the policies of the respective service providers.
