Once the shoot date has been confirmed, a reservation deposit of ¥66,000 (tax included) is required.The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the shoot date.*If the shoot date is less than 30 days away, full payment will be required at the time of booking.*For the DESTINATION Plan, travel expenses must also be paid together with the reservation deposit.

Changes to the shoot date requested by the customer are subject to a ¥55,000 change fee (tax included).If cancellation fees arise for facilities, transportation, accommodation, or other arrangements, the actual costs will be charged separately.Cancellation FeesFrom the reservation confirmation date until 31 days before the shoot: 30% of the base fee30 to 20 days before the shoot: 50% of the invoiced amount19 to 10 days before the shoot: 70% of the invoiced amount9 days before the shoot through the day of the shoot: 100% of the invoiced amount*For the DESTINATION Plan, travel expenses will be refunded in accordance with the cancellation policies of the relevant transportation providers, accommodations, and other services.
